The Essential Muscle Soother (that you didn't know you needed)

If you work from home in front of a computer most of the day, then you don’t need me to tell you about the neck-to-shoulder ache from accidental hunching. Sometimes even before noon! Roll on relief with this mini-but-mighty roller bottle of organic peppermint oil that is pre-diluted with organic fractionated coconut oil. I have some on right now, in fact, and the cooling feel + energizing aroma is the 1-2 punch that keeps me going
through my day.

  • Soothes Respiratory Conditions

Ready to Roll® Peppy Relief Organic Peppermint acts as an expectorant and may relieve symptoms of respiratory illness when rubbed onto the neck and chest.

  • Eases Indigestion

I have a bottle of Peppy Relief in a holder next to my bed so that I can reach, uncap, roll it on (start between the ribs and roll it down around the belly button several times), and replace it without ever getting up.

  • Aids in Headache Relief

Roll Peppy Relief on temples (keep away from eyes though) and forehead. Inhale the aroma from the bottle and relax muscles.

  • 1. Essential oils are very light and can
evaporate fast, so it needs something heavier to use it topically.

  • 2. Essential oils are POTENT. Just because they’re natural and from plant doesn’t mean they’re not powerful. Tone it down to use them effectively. No sense in having skin sensitivity that can be easily resolved by using a carrier oil.

  • 3. Using a carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, almond, olive, etc) helps carry the essential oil into the skin and into the body where it can be effective. Some essential oils can be used “neat” (without a carrier) like lavender, but most oils are best used with a carrier.
