The Essential for Wellness mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Essential for Wellness (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are made will signify your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to Essential for Wellness’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Essential for Wellness to the mobile number you provided. This includes messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Text messages may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). Even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list, you consent to receive these messages.

Voluntary Participation

You understand that signing up for this program is not required to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

Charges and Fees

While we do not charge for the Service, you are responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider for text messaging. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for further details. You are solely responsible for any charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to [insert your sending number] or by clicking the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Essential for Wellness mobile message programs, you will need to opt out separately from those programs.

Changes to Short Codes or Telephone Numbers

We may change any short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes. Please note that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a changed short code or telephone number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests.

Wireless Carrier Liability

The wireless carriers that support the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number when signing up. If you change your mobile number, you will need to sign up again with your new number.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any actions you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
