Refund Policy

We want you to be ecstatic with your purchase, so if you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of our product, we offer free returns, excluding shipping, if you contact us within 30 business days at support@essentialforwellness.com. We will process your return within three days of receipt of the product and issue a refund through your original form of payment.

 

If your package has been damaged during transport, please let us know as soon as possible and send a picture, if possible, so we can change our packing process and resend your damaged items as quickly as possible.
